Beans in Texas, Made in Minnesota?

Yeah, it's true. This is going to be the most fascinating thing you ever read. I picked up some cheap-o beans from the supermarket the other day -- but wait, aren't all beans cheap? Yes. So nevermind that.

I was curious where they were made because who's heard of the brand Sun Vista before? I'm an avid bean buyer, and I haven't. Turns out, they were manufacuted by Faribault Foods in good 'ole Faribault, Minnesota...the town I happened to be born in and lived in until I was 11. SO COOL.

mmmm....(see the other bean picture for relevance)these beans are from the town I was born in!!
